1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ELSER GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use the Elseland website at elseland.ai (the “Website”) or the Elseland iOS application submitted to the Apple App Store as version v1.0.0 (the “App”).

Elseland is an interactive game experience. In this App Store release, game content is provided by Elseland and displayed through a WebView. The App itself does not provide user-generated content, image or asset uploads, character or world creation tools, comments, likes, public posting, sharing, direct messaging, private chat, AI chat, or in-app purchases.

If we add new features in a future version, such as user-generated content, AI processing, analytics, advertising, payments, or device permissions, we will update this Privacy Policy and our App Store privacy responses before or when those practices change.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Sign-In Information

The App uses only Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for login. Depending on the provider and the permissions you choose, we may receive and process:

• Your email address, including an Apple private relay email address if you choose Hide My Email.
• Your name or display name, if provided by Google or Apple.
• Your Google or Apple account identifier, used to authenticate your Elseland account.
• Your profile picture or avatar if provided by Google. In version 1.0.0, avatars and display names come from the login provider and are not uploaded by you inside the App.
• Your Elseland account status and account deletion status.

2.2 Local Authentication Storage

After login, the App stores an authentication token locally in Apple Keychain so you can remain signed in securely. Keychain storage stays on your device unless it is used to authenticate requests to Elseland services. We do not use Keychain data for advertising, analytics, tracking, or profiling.

2.3 Technical and Service Operation Data

When the App connects to Elseland services or loads platform-provided game content through WebView, we may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the App, such as IP address, request timestamps, app version, operating system version, WebView user agent, authentication status, server request logs, and error or security events.

Expo/EAS Updates may process technical update request information, such as app version, platform, build or runtime version, update identifiers, and request metadata, only to deliver and manage app updates.

2.4 Website Analytics Data

When you use the Website, Google Analytics automatically processes a pseudonymous client identifier stored in first-party cookies, page and logical screen views, interaction events such as successful login or invite application, approximate location derived from IP address, referral or campaign information, and browser, operating system, and device categories. We use stable internal screen names and do not send free-form user content or direct personal identifiers to Google Analytics.

We keep advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and Google Signals disabled in this implementation.

2.5 Information We Do Not Collect in App v1.0.0

In this App Store release, the App does not collect the following categories through native app features:

• No camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, or precise location data.
• No push notification token, unless a future version adds notifications and asks for permission.
• No payment, subscription, in-app purchase, credit card, or Apple Pay information.
• No user-generated content, uploaded images, uploaded assets, created worlds, created characters, created stories, posts, comments, likes, shares, direct messages, or private chats.
• No AI prompts, AI chat messages, AI-generated content requests, or third-party AI SDK processing in this release.
• No advertising identifier (IDFA), advertising SDKs, attribution SDKs, cross-app or cross-website tracking, or behavioral advertising data.
• No analytics SDK data, such as product analytics events, funnels, cohorts, or marketing attribution events.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only for the following purposes:

• Authenticate users through Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.
• Create, maintain, secure, and delete Elseland accounts.
• Keep users signed in through secure local Keychain token storage.
• Load and display Elseland-provided game content through WebView.
• Operate, secure, debug, and protect the App and related services.
• Provide Expo/EAS Updates and maintain app compatibility.
• Measure Website and logical screen usage, evaluate acquisition, and improve the Website experience.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms and policies.

We do not use your information for advertising, third-party advertising, tracking, sale of personal information, profiling for advertising, or AI model training in version 1.0.0.

4. Third Parties and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share or receive limited information with the following providers only as needed to operate the Website or App:

• Google Sign-In, to authenticate users who choose Google login.
• Apple, to authenticate users who choose Sign in with Apple and to support App Store distribution.
• Expo/EAS Updates, to deliver and manage app updates.
• Google Analytics, to measure Website usage as described in this Policy.
• WebView and Elseland-controlled web services, to display platform-provided game content and maintain account sessions.
• Hosting, infrastructure, and security providers acting on our behalf, if needed to operate and protect Elseland services.

These providers are permitted to process information only for the purposes described above or as required by law or their applicable service terms. We do not share App data with analytics providers, advertising networks, data brokers, attribution providers, or third-party AI providers in version 1.0.0. Website analytics is limited to the Website data described in Section 2.4.

5. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics automatically in the background. The Website implementation does not enable advertising storage, advertising personalization, Google Signals, cross-context behavioral advertising, or retargeting.

The App does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. The App does not use IDFA, App Tracking Transparency prompts, advertising SDKs, attribution SDKs, third-party advertising, retargeting, data brokers, or analytics SDKs in version 1.0.0.

6. User Content and AI Processing

Version 1.0.0 does not provide user-generated content features. Users cannot upload images or assets, create characters, create worlds, create stories, publish or share content, comment, like, message other users, or participate in private chat through the App.

Version 1.0.0 also does not provide AI chat, AI prompt submission, AI content generation, third-party AI SDKs, or AI model training based on App user data.

7. Payments

Version 1.0.0 does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency purchases, Apple Pay, Stripe checkout, or other payment features inside the iOS App. If a future version adds payment features, we will update this Privacy Policy and App Store privacy disclosures as required.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain account and sign-in information for as long as your Elseland account remains active or as needed to provide the App, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law, or enforce our agreements.

You can initiate account deletion inside the App. When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or compliance reasons. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or expire through normal backup cycles.

You may also contact us at support@elser.ai or sunlanchang@elser.ai for account deletion, access, correction, or privacy requests. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Your Choices

• You may sign out of the App or delete your account inside the App.
• You may revoke Elseland access through your Google Account or Apple ID settings, depending on the login provider you used.
• You may delete the App from your device to remove local app storage. Deleting the App from your device does not by itself delete your Elseland account on our servers, so please use the in-app account deletion feature if you want account deletion.

Because version 1.0.0 does not request camera, photos, microphone, contacts, precise location, notifications, or tracking permissions, there are no such device permissions to manage for this release.

10. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the following legal bases as applicable:

• Performance of a contract: to provide login, account access, App functionality, WebView content, and account deletion.
• Legitimate interests: to secure, operate, troubleshoot, and protect the Website, App, and related services, and to understand and improve Website usage, where permitted and where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws, app platform requirements, and lawful requests.
• Consent: wherever we ask for consent or applicable law requires it.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

12. California Privacy Notice

This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy. We may collect identifiers and contact information such as email address, login provider account identifier, display name, technical request information needed to operate and secure the Website or App, and Website analytics described in Section 2.4. We use this information for functionality, account management, Website measurement, security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and information about our practices by contacting support@elser.ai or sunlanchang@elser.ai.

13. Children

Elseland is not in the App Store Kids Category and the Website and App are not directed to children. If you are below the age at which you may legally consent to online services in your jurisdiction, you may use Elseland only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. International Processing

We are based in Singapore and may process information in Singapore and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

15. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including secure authentication, local Keychain token storage, access controls, and transport security where appropriate. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date and, where appropriate, notify users through the Website, App, or other reasonable means. If a future app version adds new data collection, device permissions, analytics, advertising, payments, AI processing, or user-generated content features, we will update this Privacy Policy and related App Store disclosures.
